Such a great book, ability to journal, and a forever keepsake. My heart feels lighter after spending a little time each day doing this. I love everything about this book. I'm starting to realize how much journaling helps the soul. One of my favorite quotes from the author that I pulled from her podcast, "Begin to do something that you think you enjoy doing, and see where it leads...Be on the lookout for joy and step into the next adventure." We all go through tough times, a focus on joy changes everything. ❤️ I love the space that she provides for writing in the journal. Just enough to get my thoughts down (other journals make me write super tiny). The notes in the back are for my little snippets, like the highlight of what I wrote that day; then put in the box, saved to read and re-read in times of reflection (and my family if they want to read my joy-focused notes).
