My mother thought Betty Crocker was the best. I bought the Betty Crocker Bantam paperback cookbook years ago; it's now ragged and falling apart. I ordered the set because the largest of the four is the one I must replace: I got a bonus with the three other cookbooks. Of any cookbook or resource I own, this is my go-to. Recipes are from scratch for the most part and use sound ingredients that are healthy and delicious. The book is as old as my current copy, so I will take very good care of it, as there's no replacement like it. I'm so thankful I could replace my copy!
