The plastic holder on the back of the box is in 2 pieces. The top part of the holder does not hold paper very well. It keeps sliding down. You have to remove the top part of the plastic holder by using the lock. You have to remove the bottom part of the plastic holder to get the suggestions out, by removing the top part. The plastic holder should be one piece.
