I love making envelopes. The is perfect for someone who likes smaller ones for cards or junks journals.I love this tiny envelope maker. And it makes the cutest little bows. Easy to use and has all the measurements on the front. All the pieces fit together well and I was able to use some hot glue to re-attach the outer oval casing that holds all of the punch pieces in place. It appears that the adhesive, or whatever was used to secure that piece dried out or was forgotten in the manufacturing process. The little envelopes are so darn cute that it's worth it to me to fuss with it to make it work. There was a sheet of measurements for larger envelopes inside that won't possibly work with this board, but the numbers on the board itself work fine.If you are at all handy, don't hesitate to get this cute little boardIt clearly states two punch boards, the mini and regular! I only got the mini; I would not have purchased this otherwise! Already submitted for it to be returned, you should accurately describe that it is only for the mini one!!I love this little mini envelope maker. I also use it to make paper bows, as embellishments on my cards and gift tags, and it makes cute mini file folders as well. When it works, it’s wonderful! However, the first one I owned, broke with no abuse, not too long after I bought it (but after the return period was past. I debated whether to give it another try, and waited several months before giving in and purchasing another one. I am hoping I have better luck this time. I will update this review and lower my stars if the same thing happens again, but for now I am pleased with it!This gift box punch board is simply a wonderful tool to have. You can create boxes from 1.75"x1.75"x1.75" to 4"x4"x4". However it does state in the directions that come with the board that you can make boxes larger than this you just have to finish the score lines yourself as the score area on the board will be too small. The board itself is pretty compact for all it does and has a swing out arm for larger paper. I have already made several boxes in various sizes and they came out beautifully. The reverse side punch which puts the slits in the four corners so you are able to close your box will have a multitude of uses for me since I will also be using it to put the slits in my art pieces that require connecting at the corners. The punched out paper will fall to the table underneath the board. If a piece of paper gets stuck just hold the board up and push the punch down and it will pop out. Each box size increases: 1.75"x1.75"x1.75", 1.75"x1.75"x2.5", 1.75"x1.75"x3.25". So you can create square and rectangle boxes as well. I am sure as I play around with this board more I will find more uses for the punches and more things to create. I highly recommend to all those who have a desire to create.Let me just start off by saying I LOVE we r memory keepers. I have a ton of their products. I use the regular envelope board all the time but needed something for smaller envelopes. I bought the mini one as soon as I saw it. After using it a few times, the punch broke off. Amazon replaced it with a new one. I used it a few times then life happened and it got stored away for some time. When I started moving my craft room, I came across it again and found it had broken again in the same area. The entire punch part broke apart (the springs, metal pieces, etc). It makes no sense to me because I didn’t even use it much and it had been stored away. I’ve never had an issue with any other punch. Just overall disappointed with this product.Another wonderful punch board from We R Memory Keepers. They are always so easy to use. This one is for making various sizes of gift boxes. As expected it works perfect. The box in my photos is 4" x 4" which is made using a 12" x 12" piece of cardstock. I also love this punchboard has a little punch as well on it for adding the little slots on the box flaps for neatly closing the box. If the instructions seem overly complicated (though you probably won't find them so) there's many YouTube tutorials on using this exact board. This works in exactly the same way as the 123 and envelope boards, just on a smaller scale. This does mean that greater accuracy is required, both in cutting the initial paper square and in aligning it on the board, to ensure the finished envelope is neat. The board has both imperial and metric measurements marked on it, but only the imperial instructions are on the board itself, the metric ones supplied on the instruction booklet. The only drawback is that the paper size/ card size/ score line instructions are absolutely tiny and the alternate lines printed white on blue are almost impossible to read.I first saw this product being demonstrated on a certain Craft TV channel where it was being sold with some "baker's twine" for £29.99, I liked what I saw just didn't like the price so when I found it on Amazon at less than half that price I bought it.I make jewellery & jewellery needs boxes. This is a great product and is easy to use to make an assortment of boxes for rings, pendants and bracelets. Bigger boxes are a great size for sweets and giving a great presentation for your cupcakes. A nicely made box can make a simple gift look luxurious. I like to use a thicker card stock for making the boxes. I like a pearlised or a matt foiled card run through an embossing folder as a lovely base to work with. I also take a strip of matching card and make it into a band to wrap around the box which not only looks good but also helps the box to stay closed. Some of the taller, narrower boxes seem to have most of the internal space taken up with folded card but this problem can be solved by either cutting the flaps so only one thickness is used or by placing the flaps on the outside of the box.A great idea but as someone else has mentioned white writing on a pale blue background is almost impossible to read. I had to get a magnifier and good light to see it and then it wasn’t easy, I’ve had to print a card out with measurements on it to save frustration every time I use it. I also own the larger board and with both of them they are not consistently accurate no matter how careful I am. Nevertheless they are very useful. I find with a lot of WRMK products you cannot rely on getting a decent product every time, very hit and miss. More quality checks needed before hitting the market. This is a great product it, makes excellent quality boxes really easily and quickly and the fact you don't need adhesive is really convenient. I love that this board has a fold out arm for longer card sizes and for anyone who has the envelope punch board and struggles withthe fact you cannot score the full length of bigger envelopes on it, if you mark just the start of where the line is on it, then bring your card over and line it up with the little red bit on the box board you can score it right along when the arm is extended. I have removed a star because based on the envelope board I expected this board to be much more versatile in terms of the range of sizes and shapes you can make. This board makes max size 4x4x4 inch boxes which for me is really quite restrictive. The ease of use of the envelope board made me think I could use this to make boxes for cards with large embellishments on them and that is not the case. If the sizes this board makes suits your purposes though then this is a really excellent product.I have seen this on YouTube and wanted to give it go, it is great fun to use and does give a professional looking results. I am not sure how long the blades will remain sharp but so far so good. The only down size is the size and colour of the text, it is just too small and the colour makes it difficult to see. I think this would be really great for both children and crafters alike, I may even end up purchasing the larger punch board.
