Picture of old broken handle. I ordered the hot water (red, #38870) valve but received the cold water (blue, #38871) valve. The only reason I ordered it was to replace the red handle because mine broke. So, I will put a red tape on the handle and call it a day. To bad Amazon can not tell the difference between red and blue.Otherwise, a word to the wise, when installing the valve, ensure the handle is screwed down tightly. Mine was not, and I suspect that is why it broke off. The new cold water valve handle was not screwed tight.
