While the silicone insert seems high end, it has two problems. (1) the silicone is too hard and it takes much effort to slide a hook into the slot and (2) the mfg. forgot to align the slots so they are in the middle (bottom) of the wave shaped areas. The slots are not uniform, with most of them on the sloped areas so you have to look to see where they are.
