Not to many people I know have heard of Kasey Chambers but once you hear her voice you'll wonder why.I'm not a big coutry fan but I love her voice, with a slight twang and the ability to hit any note her voice is the perfect combination to my ears. The 4 CDs " The Captain" , "Barricades And Brickwalls" , "Wayward Angle" and "Carnival" are all well produced and sound excellent. This is not 'country rock', most songs are singer songwriter ballads (she writes all the songs) with some old style country thrown in. Her singing is highlighted in every song from "Not Pretty Enough" to We're All Gonna Die Someday". I would recommend this box set, (you can sample the songs first) but be warned you will need a good set of speakers to capture the full range of her voice."On A Bad Day" "If your A Little Bit Lonesome" or "Still Feeling Blue" don't "Cry Like A Baby" a "Million Tears", "If I Were You" I would go out even in "The Rain" and purchase this Box Set "For Sale". It's much cheaper than a "Pony" and for the low price of all 4 CDs in this box set almost "Nothing At All" you won't "Feel Guilty As Sin"
