This is an extremely poor jaw harp, sold in different packages by the same company that should be ashamed of itself. It's also called the Snoopy Harp and in the 1970s they made it out of high quality steel, although even those needed some work. Without access to a vise and some locking pliers, it's not playable; even when you get it playable the sound fades too fast because the tongue is not good spring steel. I can make a better harp out of a piece of bamboo.
